Every Year, Wreaths Across America Day is the 3rd Saturday in December when all sponsored cemeteries will have a wreath placed on the grave of every Veteran. Wreaths Across America is a National Non-Profit Organization with the mission to place a Christmas Wreath on the grave of every Veteran.
The recognition is made possible by thousands of volunteers who organize local ceremonies, raise funds to sponsor wreaths, and participate in the events. The cost of our programs is paid solely by individuals, corporate donors, and volunteer truckers. Wreaths across America also coordinates with Veteran Services to provide programs for classrooms in schools throughout the year.
For further information on the ceremony itself, please contact Joseph Zwirblia by email or at (781)441-3229. Contact Christopher Tourtellot regarding the Massachusetts Society.
