To receive more information and a membership kit to join the Massachusetts Society, please complete the form below. Any man is eligible for membership if he is eighteen years of age or older, a citizen of good reputation in the community, and is the lineal descendant of an ancestor who was unfailing loyal to, and rendered active service in, the cause of American independence as an officer, soldier, seaman, marine, militiaman or Minuteman in the armed forces within,the Colonies or States, as a Signer of the Declaration of Independence, as a member of a Committee of Safety or Correspondence, as a member of any Continental, Provincial, or Colonial Congress or Legislature, or through overt acts of resistance to the authority of Great Britain. Youth memberships are available as well.
